Our initial assessment involves a detailed evalution  of your current physical and mental health.  Body reading, and additional holistic tools are used to determine and create a personalized plan that suits your  needs. We prioritize understanding your needs to provide the best recommendations for your well-being.

Personalized JSJ Plans

 

       Treatment plans are tailored to meet your  physical,               emotional and spiritual objectives. We focus on creating balanced and sustainable  Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ)  treatment plans that support your overall health and well-being.

Program Duration and Results

The duration of our programs varies based on individual requirements and goals. Results are typically noticeable within a day to immediately.  Long-term benefits are achieved through consistent dedication and adherence to the self care program. Initial session is approximately 1-1.5 hours, repeat visits are 45 minutes to 1 hour.
